Journey of Maturity Towards Awareness and Empowerment for Tomorrow's Generation

بإيمان عميق بأهمية التوعية الصحية المبكرة، أطلقت مجموعة الطلبة المهتمين بطب الأطفال (Pediatrics Interest Group) بجامعة الملك سعود حملة "رحلة نضج". استهدفت الحملة الفتيات في المرحلة العمرية الحرجة (10-12 سنة) لكسر حاجز القلق حول مرحلة البلوغ. من خلال أسلوب قصصي وتفاعلي، تنقلت المتطوعات بين أروقة مدارس التربية النموذجية و جمعية إنسان الخيرية لرعاية الايتام لتقديم معلومات دقيقة حول التغيرات الجسدية والنفسية، محولين الخوف من المجهول إلى رحلة وعي وثقة.

Driven by a commitment to early health education, the Pediatrics Interest Group at King Saud University launched the "Journey of Maturity" campaign. This initiative reached out to girls aged 10-12 to address the anxiety often associated with puberty. Through interactive storytelling and professional guidance at Al tarbia alahlia schools and Ensan Charity Committee for Orphans Care, our volunteers transformed uncertainty into a journey of self-awareness and confidence, providing accurate information about physical and psychological changes.

رفع مستوى الوعي لدى الفتيات حول مرحلة البلوغ والتغيرات المصاحبة لها بأسلوب مبسط

"تعزيز الثقة بالنفس وتخفيف القلق المرتبط بمرحلة النمو لدى طالبات المدارس ومستفيدات جمعية "إنسان

تقديم استشارات طبية أولية والإجابة على استفسارات الفتيات وذويهن من قبل طبيبات ومتطوعات متخصصات

تزويد المشاركات بمعلومات تثقيفية و عملية للتعامل مع التغيرات الجسدية والنفسية لضمان انتقال آمن وصحي لهذه المرحلة

Raised awareness regarding puberty and its associated changes using simplified, age-appropriate methods.

Enhanced self-confidence and reduced growth-related anxiety for school students and "Ensan" beneficiaries.

Provided initial medical consultations and answered inquiries from girls and their families by specialized doctors and volunteers.

Equipped participants with knowledge and practiacal skills to manage physical and psychological changes, ensuring a safe and healthy transition to this stage.
