انطلاقاً من إيمان مجموعة الطلبة المهتمين بطب الأطفال (Pediatrics Interest Group) بأن الرعاية الصحية تتجاوز العلاج العضوي لتشمل الدعم النفسي، نظمت المجموعة حملة "نقرأ لنبتسم" في أروقة مستشفى الملك خالد الجامعي. هدفت الحملة إلى كسر حاجز العزلة والقلق لدى الأطفال المنومين من خلال جلسات قراءة تفاعلية وقصص ملهمة، محولين غرف المستشفى إلى مساحات من الخيال والبهجة التي تخفف من وطأة المرض وتدعم رحلة شفائهم

Driven by the belief of the Pediatrics Interest Group that healthcare extends beyond physical treatment to include psychological support, the group organized the "We Read to Smile" campaign at King Khalid University Hospital. The campaign aimed to break the isolation and anxiety of hospitalized children through interactive reading sessions and inspiring stories, transforming hospital rooms into spaces of imagination and joy that ease the burden of illness and support their recovery journey.
