نُظمت حملة "أطباقي الصغيرة وأيدي آمنة" من قبل مجموعة الطلبة المهتمين بطب الأطفال بهدف نشر الوعي الصحي لدى أطفال الروضة وربط مفاهيم الغذاء المتوازن بالنظافة الشخصية بشكل متكامل. سعت الفعالية إلى تحويل المفاهيم الصحية إلى تجربة ممتعة للأطفال، حيث تضمنت تعليمهم أن الصحة الحقيقية تبدأ بتبني عادات غذائية متوازنة والالتزام بغسل اليدين كدرع حماية أساسي. تم تنفيذ الفعالية عبر مسارين: قسم نظري تفاعلي وقسم أركان عملية لضمان ترسيخ المفاهيم بأسلوب بسيط ومحبب.
The "My Small Plates & Safe Hands" campaign was organized by the Pediatrics Interest Group to raise health awareness among kindergarteners. The event aimed to transform health concepts into an enjoyable experience, teaching children that true health begins with balanced eating habits and hand hygiene as a primary protective shield. The campaign was implemented through two phases: an interactive theoretical session and practical stations to ensure the message was delivered effectively

الجانب التفاعلي: تقديم مادة علمية مبسطة للأطفال حول الهرم الغذائي الصحيح وطرق الوقاية من الجراثيم.
ركن النظافة: تدريب الأطفال عملياً على الطريقة الصحيحة لغسل اليدين لضمان "أيدي آمنة".
ركن الغذاء الصحي: توزيع الفاكهة الطازجة لتشجيع الأطفال على استبدال الوجبات غير الصحية ببدائل طبيعية.
أساور البطولة: تتويج الأطفال بأساور "بطل الغذاء الصحي" و"بطل النظافة" لتعزيز ثقتهم بأنفسهم وتبنيهم لهذه العادات.
Interactive Session: Simplified educational content about the food pyramid and germ prevention techniques.
Hygiene Station: Practical training on proper handwashing techniques to ensure "Safe Hands."
Healthy Food Station: Distributing fresh fruit to encourage children to choose natural alternatives over unhealthy snacks.
Hero Bracelets: Crowning children with "Healthy Food Hero" and "Hygiene Hero" bracelets to reinforce positive habits.
